Ainhoa Pallares Alier

𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼, 𝗜’𝗺 𝗔𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗼𝗮.

For 25 years, I have helped companies and entrepreneurs safeguard their ideas and transform them into internationally recognized exclusivity.

I have had the privilege of working—first in Barcelona and now in Costa Rica—with global corporations, international law firms, innovative startups, and iconic brands in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, hospitality, technology, fashion, and food, registering and defending trademarks across multiple jurisdictions.

My philosophy is clear: an idea without protection is an exposed opportunity.

That is why I combine precise analysis and experience with a strategic vision that ensures up to 99% effectiveness in my recommendations.

Through TRADEMARES CR, I lead the registration, defense, and management of trademarks, designs, and patents in Costa Rica and Latin America, extending also to the United States, Europe, and China, through a network of correspondents that allows me to act as a strategic bridge for firms and companies worldwide.

I am passionate about being part of the beginnings and growth of a dream, of a project: seeing how ideas position themselves in the market and evolve into solid, protected assets.
